Motivation is easier when the goal is a picture rather than a number. respecced shows you the same photograph with the weight or the build changed, spread over the whole body the way it actually happens, with your face and your clothes left alone.

The whole body, not just the face

A change of weight does not happen in one place, and an early version of this got that wrong: asked for ten kilos it changed the top half and left the legs alone, which reads as a bad photograph rather than a different body.

Every weight and build preset now describes the change across the face, neck, arms, torso, waist, hips, thighs and legs, wherever they are in the frame, and the clothes are shown fitting differently rather than being replaced.

Honest about what it is

It is an illustration, not a prediction. Nobody can tell you from a photograph how your body will redistribute weight, and a picture that pretends otherwise would be worse than useless.

What it is good for is the thing a number on a scale is bad at: giving you something to recognise. "Twelve weeks" and "one year of training" exist because those are the horizons people actually work to.

Matching a build from a photo

You can also give it a photograph of a build you are working towards, and it will describe that build and apply it to you, changing shape only. It never takes the other person's face, skin, clothing or pose.
